Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Manager, complete tasks efficiently and to a high quality.
- Create and work on detailed individual day plans, prioritising key tasks to organise time effectively.
- Build relationships and map client networks through proactive engagement, identifying revenue‑generating opportunities.
- Build an extensive candidate network, ensuring all communication is structured and tracked.
- Demonstrate an appreciation of the relationship between activity and results.
- Achieve monthly interim runner targets, qualify for first lunch target, and complete Meet DNA training modules.
