We are partnering with a globally recognised, publicly listed consulting firm to appoint senior Market Access & Pricing leaders at Vice President / Partner level as part of a major international growth phase within their Life Sciences Consulting practice. This is a strategic expansion hire, focused on adding high-impact commercial leaders capable of driving significant revenue growth while delivering complex advisory work for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
This is a senior leadership role offering exceptional autonomy, commercial influence, and uncapped earning potential. You will:
- Lead high-value consulting engagements across market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercial strategy
- Drive new business generation, with an annual revenue target of c. £2.5m
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior pharma and biotech stakeholders
- Build long-term client partnerships across Europe and North America
- Play a key role in expanding the firm’s Life Sciences Consulting presence across multiple global hubs
The firm operates a high-performance, collaborative culture with a strong in-office ethos (3 days per week) and a clear commitment to developing senior leaders.

- Background in boutique or specialist consultancies strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in entrepreneurial, growth-driven consulting environments
