We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded provider of validation and monitoring equipment to support the expansion of their UK commercial presence. With a strong global reputation and significant success across Ireland, the business is now investing in UK growth, creating a newly established Business Development role with genuine greenfield scope.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of a territory, represent premium technical products, and play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term success in the region.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building the UK market from the ground up. This is a hunter-focused position centred on new business generation, where you will identify opportunities, open doors with new customers, and develop long-term commercial relationships across the pharma and biotech sectors.

Operating as an individual contributor, you will manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to close - while collaborating with technical and international teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Proven track record in new business sales, ideally within validation, qualification, or technical equipment. Demonstrated hunter mentality with evidence of winning and developing new accounts. Strong commercial acumen with a structured approach to territory planning and pipeline management. Self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment. Minimum of approximately 5 years’ relevant B2B sales experience.
