- Associate Recruiter to join our growing DACH team. In this role, you'll work alongside our
- Recruitment Manager and Division Director , specialising in the
Pathology market across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) .
This is a hot desk opportunity , meaning you'll join an established, high-performing market with existing client relationships, repeat business and live vacancies from day one.
Rather than building a desk from scratch, you'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced leaders while developing your own client base and candidate network within one of our most successful specialist markets.
As you progress, we offer additional training designed for senior-level roles, as well as management development programmes for those interested.

- Activities
- Take direction from the Recruitment Manager and Division Director, completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Create and work to detailed daily plans, prioritising key tasks to maximise productivity.
- Build relationships and map client networks through proactive engagement, identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build an extensive network of
German-speaking candidates across the DACH Pathology market, ensuring all communication is structured and tracked.
- Support and develop existing client relationships while learning the fundamentals of business development and account management.
- Demonstrate an appreciation of the relationship between activity and results.
- Results
- Hit KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Qualify for your first lunch target.
- Promotion to Recruitment Consultant
- Complete and receive sign-off for all Meet DNA training modules.
Promotion Criteria to Consultant – on average just 3 months to reach your first promotion!
