With a strong global reputation and significant success across Ireland, the business is now investing in UK growth, creating a newly established Business Development role with genuine greenfield scope.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of a territory, represent premium technical products, and play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term success in the region.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building the UK market from the ground up. This is a hunter-focused position centred on new business generation, where you will identify opportunities, open doors with new customers, and develop long-term commercial relationships across the pharma and biotech sectors.
Operating as an individual contributor, you will manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to close - while collaborating with technical and international teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Drive new business development across the UK within pharma and biotech organisations
- Identify, target, and win new accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and contract negotiation

Minimum of approximately 5 years’ relevant B2B sales experience.
