Cambridge | Hybrid: 3 days in the office
We’re hiring a Medical Affairs Team Lead to bring together clinical study design, laboratory data and statistical thinking. You’ll help generate the evidence needed for IVDR and FDA submissions, while leading a small team of two.
What you’ll be doing
- Contributing to the design of clinical and analytical performance studies
- Reviewing study data and helping make sense of the results
- Working with clinical, scientific and regulatory colleagues on submission evidence
- Supporting and developing two team members
What we’re looking for
- Experience designing studies for diagnostic tests or a closely related product
- Confidence working with data and statistical approaches
- An understanding of IVDs, ideally in genetics or molecular diagnostics
You don’t need extensive people management experience. If you have the technical background and are ready to grow as a leader, we’d like to hear from you.
