You'll keep the marketing engine moving. Events, campaigns, content, and the day to day execution that turns ideas into pipeline. You won't be asked to invent the brand. It's already strong. What you'll do:
- Events (third party + owned)
- Own logistics end to end: bookings, suppliers, stand build, merchandise, shipping, on-site coordination
- Support event concepts and themes, then bring them to life without drama
- Manage timelines, checklists, and budgets
- Capture content on-site (photo, video, interviews) and turn it around quickly
- Work directly with partners, customers, and speakers
- Campaign execution
- Run campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels (organic + paid)
- Brief and build campaign assets using existing messaging and positioning
- Set up, monitor, and optimise ads (basic targeting, budgets, reporting)
- Keep campaigns moving
- Creative and brand application
- Produce clean, on brand assets: social posts, one pagers, decks, event materials
- Use existing templates and systems properly
- Maintain consistency across everything that goes out
- Content and social
- Manage day to day social output (primarily LinkedIn)
- Write sharp, simple copy that sounds like DWIGHT
- Repurpose content from events, case studies, and campaigns
- Spot opportunities to post in the moment
- Ad hoc / general
- Help wherever needed: website updates, CRM support, email sends, reporting
- Work closely with senior marketing leadership to get things done fast
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years in a marketing role (B2B preferred, Automation ideal)
- Strong interest in events and campaign execution
- Good eye for layout and detail
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar)
- Organised. You don't drop balls
