A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry. Our tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy. Our product is making a massive impact and completely changing the recruitment industry, so despite being a fairly young business, we've been able to scale quickly. We've already opened our second office in the States, and are fully in scale-mode now.

The team are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join. The growth is due to some phenomenal enterprise customer acquisition and this Implementation Project Manager will be joining the team to manage these customers through the start of their journey.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of AI & Automation projects and ensuring a smooth software implementation experience for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to final project delivery. You'll need Business Analyst experience: Requirement facilitation & Process Flow Mapping, and be able to translate complex technical requirements into processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new customers in their onboarding and software implementation process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
    • Understand client needs and expectations.
    • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Track project progress and identify potential risks.
    • Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed project requirements.
    • Analyse requirements, process flow mapping.
    • Create clear and concise requirement specifications.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Work closely with BAs & development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
    • Resolve conflicts and issues with the team.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess project risks.
    • Develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks.
    • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in software implementation and managing projects within a SaaS organisation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Understands the logical process of events within automation.
  • Experience with requirement facilitation and process flow mapping.
  • Ideally experience working on bespoke projects/products, rather than just configuration-based.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
Desired but Non-essential Skills and Experience:
  • Background in Recruitment Staffing.
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies and tools.

Due to our current stage & success, we're also open to training and developing someone with the right mindset - but business analyst experience is required.
