Contract Type: 6-months fixed term

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role: The Stock Fulfilment Operative is responsible for the efficient processing and completion of online orders from store locations, while supporting the maintenance of stock accuracy and integrity. You are responsible for picking, packing, and shipping e-commerce orders across several Central London stores, ensuring stock accuracy within required timeframes. This role requires you to work independently, while supporting store teams in maintaining high standards in both online order fulfilment services and stockroom organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for off floor e-commerce tasks across key London store locations
  • Ensure all locations are adhering to the Company stock and till processes
  • Ensure Ship From Store online orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched from our stores in a timely manner
  • Report any products that are not accurately labelled or placed correctly in the stockroom
  • Oversee the stock inventory and stock movement process and report any discrepancies
  • Work alongside the Store Management and Stockroom Teams
  • Embrace change and support the roll-out of new systems
  • Prepare and steam stock
  • Proactively maintain a good understanding of the product range and style names
  • Maintain strong lines of communication between yourself and the store management and stockroom teams
  • Be a brand representative at all times
  • Key contributor to store KPIs

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Attention to detail, organised and able to work at pace.
  • Passion for retail, compliance, and organisation.
  • Available to travel between Central London locations as required.
