At ME+EM we are an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people. We work hard, are enthusiastic to learn and are not afraid to take risks. Everyone contributes to our success at all levels, and that precisely what makes being a member of the team so rewarding.

Our office and stores are always busy and fast paced, but we work just as hard to make sure it’s fun, with social activities and biannual parties. We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is rewarded. It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution.

About the Role: ME+EM is looking for a Retail, CX and Finance Data Analyst with experience in retail and customer analytics to join our marketing team. This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment, so we’re looking for someone who is inquisitive and meticulous. Build weekly and monthly commercial KPIs, customer metrics, and insight dashboards for stores and Customer Care using data visualisation tools. Apply the scientific method to operational KPIs to measure performance of retail stores, pop-ups, events, and digital sales channels. Identify opportunities for new store openings through data analytics, including sales cannibalisation reporting between stores and channels. Develop predictive models, working with the Retail & Customer Experience Director and Head of Commercial Analysis, to support retail sales forecasting.
  • Customer Insights & Reporting: Design and deliver monthly and quarterly customer insights reports, including product/category trends, seasonal changes, purchase frequency drivers, and returns data analysis. Produce weekly/monthly reports on customer ordering behaviour and product trends across stores and Customer Care. Provide ad hoc customer insights reporting as requested by leadership. Measure and report on store performance for customer satisfaction. Use data to identify opportunities to increase customer base and market share, improve retail and Customer Care commercial results, and strengthen customer retention.
  • Clienteling Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of clienteling campaigns across UK, US, and international markets. Identify customer segments for campaigns, highlighting trends and opportunities. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of clienteling campaigns.
