About the Role: ME+EM is looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the delivery of our photo and video shoots across Campaign, Lookbook, E-commerce and Social. Working within a small and agile Production team, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of fashion production. You’ll be involved in everything from pre-production planning and shoot logistics to on-set support and post-production organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about fashion, content creation and the creative process. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have the ability to stay organised and calm under pressure when working on set. Working closely with the Production and Content teams, you will play a key role in ensuring shoots run smoothly from initial planning through to final asset delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Production & Shoot Coordination: Support the Production team in delivering campaign, lookbook, e-commerce and social shoots. Work closely with in-house producers and wider Brand teams to coordinate shoot requirements and timelines. Assist with the creation and management of call sheets, schedules, crew communications, contracts and invoices. Support the coordination of production logistics, ensuring all elements are planned and delivered efficiently.
- Pre-Production Support: Assist with sourcing, recceing and booking locations, studios and shoot spaces. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for crew and talent. Support the sourcing and booking of props, equipment and production services, including managing supplier quotes. Assist with risk assessments, health & safety documentation and production paperwork. Maintain and organise production equipment, supplies and studio areas, working closely with the Samples Coordinator to ensure the studio remains efficient and well maintained.
- On-Set Support: Provide hands-on support during shoots, ensuring production runs smoothly. Liaise with talent, casting agencies, models and influencers, supporting schedules and requirements on the day. Assist with set-up, running of the shoot and pack-down. Coordinate catering and crew requirements, ensuring everyone is supported throughout the shoot day. Act as a proactive problem solver, helping to resolve challenges quickly and effectively on set.
- Post-Production & Asset Management: Organise and maintain shoot files, including logging raw footage and imagery. Support the tracking and organisation of final creative assets. Assist with supplier and freelancer invoice management. Maintain accurate production trackers, archives and documentation.
- Production Administration: Maintain freelancer and supplier contact databases, including rate cards and key information. Support diary management and scheduling for the wider Production team. Assist with freelancer onboarding, including contracts, access requirements and building entry. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Production function.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and creative partners.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment where priorities can change quickly.
- A genuine interest in luxury fashion, content production and the creative process.
- Strong administrative skills with confidence using tools such as Google Workspace and project management platforms (e.g. Asana).
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a production, studio, creative, marketing or fashion assistant role is desirable.
- Experience supporting photo/video shoots or working within a creative production environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other content management tools is a plus.
- Understanding of fashion imagery, campaign production and e-commerce content workflows.
