Reporting to: Head of Technical

Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London

Contract type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

ME+EM are looking for a Technologist for Footwear & Accessories to join our team and ensure every product meets the uncompromising standards of quality, fit, and craftsmanship that define ME+EM. This is a rare opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing category within a fast-scaling luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development process for ME+EM footwear and accessories, from design concept through to final production.
• Partner closely with our design and buying teams to translate creative vision into commercially viable, technically sound products.
• Oversee fit sessions, wear trials, and product testing to guarantee exceptional comfort, durability, and finish.
• Work directly with suppliers and factories to ensure precise execution, consistency, and adherence to ME+EM’s sustainability commitments.
• Maintain best-in-class tech packs, specifications, and processes to deliver accuracy and efficiency.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technologist in luxury footwear and/or accessories.
• Expert knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and global manufacturing.
• A perfectionist’s eye for detail with the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence internal teams and external partners.
• Passion for luxury product innovation and delivering an elevated customer experience.
