We’re now hiring a Head of Product Insights a pivotal, founder-facing role at the heart of the business. This is a unique opportunity to shape how one of the UK’s most exciting premium brands makes product decisions, combining data, market intelligence, and customer understanding to unlock our next chapter of growth. This is more than an insights role. It’s about building a capability that elevates how we think, act, and create ensuring we continue to deliver beautifully considered product, with confidence and clarity at scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Shape Product Strategy
- Define and lead ME+EM’s product insights vision, identifying where the brand should play and win
- Translate global fashion, lifestyle, and customer trends into clear product opportunities
- Bring a strong, commercially grounded point of view on category mix and evolution
- Unlock Commercial Performance
- Analyse performance across categories, markets, and channels to uncover what’s driving growth
- Identify untapped opportunities across pricing, product range, and customer demand
- Turn data into actionable recommendations that directly influence trading decisions
- Build a Best-in-Class Insight Function
- Create a market-leading competitor and trend intelligence capability
- Establish clear rhythms of insight that inform decision-making at the right moments
- Connect teams across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Growth, and Finance—ensuring insight flows seamlessly across the business
- Influence at the Highest Level
- Partner closely with our Founder and Trading Director, bringing clarity and confidence to key product decisions
- Translate complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives that drive action
- Champion a culture where insight and instinct work hand-in-hand
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a senior insights, strategy, or analytics role within fashion, luxury, or a premium consumer brand
- A blend of consulting-style thinking and in-house execution—able to shape strategy and make it happen
- Strong analytical capability with a hands-on approach to data
- Experience building frameworks, tools, or capabilities that elevate decision-making
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including founders or executive teams
