About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Junior Stylist to join our in-house creative team. Working closely with the Styling Editor and Art Director, you will play a hands-on role in executing our seasonal ecomm and social shoots from preproduction preparation through to on-set styling assistance and post-shoot organisation. This is a role for someone with a sharp visual eye, and the rigour to maintain the highest styling standards across all creative output. You will be embedded in a fast-paced studio environment with scope to develop and grow quickly within a company set to scale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-production & preparation
- Assist with pulling, steaming, and prepping garments ahead of shoot days
- Work closely with the Sample Co-ordinator to be aware of photoshoot sample sub trims, intelligent design details etc
- Build and organise shoot kits: accessories, tailoring tools, grip tape, pins, etc.
- Research references and contribute to moodboard development with the creative team
- Dress and style models under the direction of the Styling Editor or Art Director
- Maintain continuity across shot lists and multi-look shoots
- Steam, press, and refresh garments between looks
- Work efficiently under time pressure while upholding the quality of every frame
- Longer term goal to independently execute Styling Editors vision on ecomm set
- Support styling editor with research projects
- Act as the constant point of contact for styling queries and ad hoc requests across the business
- Collaborate with store teams on Styling Editors direction for the seasons
- Create decks and support with admin where necessary
- Assist on social / content shoots where necessary
- Working with retail teams to help execute styling vision through store network
