  • Define and lead ME+EM’s product insights vision, identifying where the brand should play and win.
  • Unlock Commercial Performance.
  • Analyse performance across categories, markets, and channels to uncover what’s driving growth.
  • Turn data into actionable recommendations that directly influence trading decisions.
  • Create a market-leading competitor and trend intelligence capability.
  • Experience in a senior insights, strategy, or analytics role within fashion, luxury, or a premium consumer brand.
  • Strong analytical capability with a hands-on approach to data.
