About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of Digital Trading & Content to lead and deliver the trading and content strategy across ME+EM’s digital platforms. This role is responsible for maximising global sales growth by driving customer engagement, conversion and productivity across all online touchpoints. Sitting at the intersection of trading, content, analytics and customer experience, you will translate insight into commercially impactful digital execution.
Responsibilities
- Content & Creative Customer Engagement Strategy
- Own the website content strategy, ensuring creative consistency and brand aesthetic across all digital experiences
- Translate consumer insight and market trends into compelling, regionally relevant online journeys
- Partner with the Digital Platform team to build and execute a roadmap of initiatives that drive key KPIs
- Embed first-party data and A/B testing into all content and creative decisions to drive continuous optimisation
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to unlock and maximise commercial opportunities
- Leverage AI tools to drive operational efficiencies and enhance performance
- Yield & Revenue Management
- Maximise online sales yield by optimising product visibility and performance across all digital touchpoints
- Develop and execute scalable on-site visual merchandising strategies tailored by market and customer segment
- Build and manage forecasting models aligned to merchandising budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
