- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly and accurately across stores, warehouse and head office.
- Produce regular reporting on stock accuracy, stock loss and inventory discrepancies.
- Systems & Data Integrity
- Act as a key user across inventory systems, understanding stock movement between e-commerce, ERP and warehouse platforms.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure stock is accurately reflected across all business systems.
- Troubleshoot stock and systems issues, identify root causes and support process improvements.
- Generate detailed inventory and stock reports using Excel and BI tools to support Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams.
- Compliance & Loss Prevention
- Monitor shrinkage, damages and faulty stock across stores and third-party warehouses.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve stock control processes.
