The Governors at Hempstead Schools Federation are seeking to appoint a well-organised, pro-active and sensitive individual to the post of Family Liaison Officer who will work closely with pupils and families and help ensure that pupils achieve to the very best of their ability in a happy, safe and supportive environment.

Hempstead Schools Federation comprises Hempstead Junior and Infant Schools and is a larger than average school situated in Gillingham, Kent. We provide a friendly learning community which seeks to provide an inclusive education for all our pupils. Both schools are currently judged Good by Ofsted and are working towards building on this success.

The Family Liaison Officer will work closely with school and external agency professionals to provide appropriate actions for children experiencing external pressures, helping them to gain full access to their education and maximise their learning potential.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday or Wednesday 16th or 17th December 2025.
