We are recruiting for a General Manager who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The General Manager will be accountable for a range of services across the care group, working alongside the Clinical Directors, Head of Nursing and Head of Midwifery, ensuring high quality, flexible and responsive service delivery and to plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate the services provided.

They will be responsible for devising robust plans which look to sustain achievement of the constitutional (operational) and financial standards, as well as regularly reviewing these to ensure that plans are effective.

The role will also support aspects of clinical governance compliance and assurance related to the care group, ensuring safe and effective use of all resources.
