Medway Housing Society is seeking a highly motivated Service Charge Analyst to join our Finance team. You will help deliver an effective service charge function, ensuring estimates, actual expenditure statements and sinking funds are managed accurately and in line with lease agreements and legislative requirements.
Working across Finance, Asset Management and external managing agents, you will support residents with service charge queries, maximise income recovery and contribute to ongoing improvements.
