Looking for a Russian speaking personal assistant to provide support to a 68-year-old.
My client does not speak English, and we believe that he might have onset of dementia, which can fluctuate, examples of this is when he communicates, he is unsure how to finish his sentences, lacks understanding of basic words and appears confused when talking about time, places and people. Recently he has been getting lost in the community and forgetting to take his medication.
Currently he is working with a PA who is doing some amazing work to support him, however there is a need to have more staff to support, with prompting, and support in the community.
With the help of the PA, he could learn some basic English words and engage with the community as he appears quite isolated.
Enhanced DBS and full driving licence with business insurance is required, or a willingness to walk and also use public transport.
