The predicted salary is between 12000 - 18000 £ per year.
To work as a part of a team to ensure the safety, welfare and enjoyment of pupils during the midday break, in accordance with the whole school behaviour policy.
To promote the lunch break as positive play. To be a positive role model for the children by following the school’s expected code of behaviour and mission statement.
To be responsible for the supervision of children in the following areas as well as transitioning:
- Dining hall
- Cloakroom
- Playground
- Classroom during wet lunchtime
- Toilet Area
On the playground:
- To interact with the children building a positive and caring relationship with them.
- To ensure the children’s safety and notify a responsible adult of any concerns.
- Actively promote and instigate positive playground games, joining in with the pupils where relevant.
Hall:
- Constant support and supervision of children including hygiene and social skills.
- Attend to spills.
- Promote good manners and whole school ethos.
- Assist in the setting up and clearing of the dinner hall.
