As an Educational Psychologist in Medway, you will contribute to inclusion and SEND transformation by applying psychology across individuals, families, schools, and partner agencies. You’ll work within a growing EPS team on consultation, assessment, intervention, and training, using systemic approaches to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0–25. The role combines project development with statutory responsibilities, offering opportunities to shape practice and service development. You will work in a flexible, hybrid model to support vulnerable learners and promote wellbeing across Medway.

Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, assessment, intervention and training for children, young people, families and schools
- Engage in systemic, casework and project development to support inclusion and positive outcomes
- Contribute to statutory responsibilities related to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHC Plans) and SEND
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop and share best practice
- Deliver training and workforce development activities and supervision for colleagues
Key requirements
