Medway Council is seeking an Assistant Housing Options Officer to deliver a holistic approach to solving customers' housing needs. You will provide housing advice by phone and face to face, covering housing options, homelessness, and private sector housing in line with current law and local policy.
You will also assist the Housing Options Team Leader with monitoring, evaluating service performance, and developing new initiatives to improve the frontline service for residents pursuing housing.
