Clinical sister in Rochester

Overview

We are looking for an experienced nurse with a strong work ethic and an interest in palliative care to join our friendly and dynamic multi‑disciplinary team within the Wisdom Hospice Inpatient Unit. The role involves being the identified lead on each shift, managing a team of nursing and ancillary staff under the guidance and support of an experienced ward manager. You will need to have significant experience in caring for patients with life‑limiting illness and an awareness of the impact of this on the patient, their families and carers.

The post will involve three long shifts per week, including night and weekend working.
