Do you have an understanding of general Handyman duties, cleaning/ clearing of rubbish and security? Do you have a can do attitude, committed to getting the job done? Do you have good organisational skills, with an eye for detail? Are you able to carry out and plan duties independently without routine supervision.

Main duties

This is a permanent vacancy for 2 x 20hrs posts. We are looking for a handyman/store person to undertake minor maintenance tasks, co-ordinating the delivery of goods for services and managing stock control within Medway Community Healthcare at various sites. Your role will be supporting the estates function in various tasks, you will need to liaise with contractors, monitoring the utilisation of sites and providing support to the Reception team with postal runs when required. You will need a full driving licence and basic IT skills with the ability to work on various systems. To undertake minor maintenance tasks, coordinate car parking, building opening and closing, co-ordinating and oversee the delivery and storage of goods for services, clearing and cleaning sites, and gardening within Medway Community Healthcare at various sites, supporting the estates function in various tasks, liaising with contractors, monitoring the utilisation of sites.
