An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative physiotherapist to work in our large musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy service as a senior physiotherapist. The position would be suitable for those with band 5 musculoskeletal experience of a varied caseload of patients. The successful applicant will work as part of the physiotherapy team which is based at various locations across Medway and Swale (TBC). The service receives referrals from GPs, consultants and a variety of other healthcare professionals.

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, is a team member, demonstrates a flexible approach to a busy caseload and has good clinical reasoning skills. The successful candidate will be required to take on a small supervisory role of junior members of the team and students. They may also be expected to work flexible hours to help the team provide a highly accessible service and we do support four day‑weeks.
We are committed to continuous professional development, promoting evidence-based practice and the delivery of high quality patient care. The successful applicant will work with a number of senior and specialist clinicians, including extended scope practitioners within the orthopaedic clinical assessment service (CAS). They will also participate in regular in-service training and supervision sessions.
