HealthHero is a digital-first, end-to-end healthcare provider delivering support to patients, GPs and healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland. A day shift role is available from 8am to 6pm, with four days on and two days off weekly.
As a Customer Service Operator you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, handle patient requests, book appointments and coordinate with clinicians, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to policies. Full training is provided.
