A Day in the Life
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes Operating Unit into a standalone company, creating MiniMed as an independent organisation. This transition represents a significant opportunity to accelerate growth, increase focus, and operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Programs Partner to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of effective and scalable Talent Acquisition practices across MiniMed. This role is critical to enabling business growth as we build MiniMed as an independent organisation, establishing new systems, processes, and ways of working to support expansion across International markets. Partnering closely with Global TA, HR, HR Operations, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help develop strong TA infrastructure, operating models, and governance to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while evolving the Talent Acquisition function during a period of significant change.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support the implementation and optimisation of MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition model across international markets.
- Contribute to RPO implementation, mobilisation, transition, and steady-state performance management.
- Assist with hiring readiness, cutover planning, and TA hypercare during organisational changes.
- Support EU Pay Transparency and other regulatory requirements in TA processes and systems.
- Contribute to TA compliance, audit readiness, and hiring governance frameworks.
- Support agency/vendor governance, including contracts, performance, and usage optimisation.
- Partner with Procurement, HR, and Finance to align vendor models and controls.
- Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimisation of hiring workflows.
- Collaborate with HRIS and HR Operations on system configuration, data quality, and reporting.
- Assist in developing TA reporting and insights to track performance and service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Maintain standardised TA processes, documentation, and playbooks.
- Support TA training and enablement for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.
- Develop tools, templates, and guidance for consistent hiring practices.
- Support communications on new processes, policies, and system changes.
- Act as a TA process and operating model subject matter expert for stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and hiring readiness with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement across TA tools, processes, and delivery models.
- Provide limited support for critical or complex roles to ensure business continuity.
- Advise recruiters on process, system, and policy guidance for complex hiring scenarios.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, TA Programs, or TA Transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows, systems, and governance.
- Experience supporting TA initiatives such as ATS implementation, RPO models, process improvement, or compliance.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and changing environments.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country hiring models preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
