  • Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction, shaping positioning, roadmap inputs and portfolio optimization decisions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launches, campaigns and sales enablement, ensuring a consistent and compelling value story across ecosystem, enabling technologies and biologics.
  • Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions, supporting surgeon adoption, hospital decision-making and access conversations.
  • Provide strategic input into pricing, contracting and market access decisions, balancing competitiveness with value preservation.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D, Education, Supply Chain and Finance, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor business performance (adoption, utilization, portfolio mix) and lead continuous optimization actions to improve commercial outcomes and maximize return on investment.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech, including product management, strategic marketing and/or sales, with exposure to regional or global environments.
  • Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected ecosystems).
  • Experience in product marketing, product management, or strategically focused sales roles, with exposure to product launches, go-to-market strategies, key account management, complex deal cycles, portfolio selling, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions and business decisions.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
