Our Pain Therapies division focuses on spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and intrathecal drug delivery pumps (ITDD) that help patients manage chronic pain effectively.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team within our Pain Therapies division in London. The DSM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market share growth, and ensuring the successful adoption of our spinal cord stimulation and pain management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the pain therapies market.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pain management specialists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and Medtronic advocacy.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with key account stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored pain therapy solutions.
- Partner with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and physician education programs.
- Manage district budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Medical device sales experience.
