Spine Territory Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the territories account strategy and tactics, implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Accurately forecast to District Manager, meet or exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Effectively manage the territory's inventory and work with Operations & Customer Care to ensure targets are met and delivered, identify selling opportunities and work closely across the Cranial Spine organisation to drive surgical synergy related to spine surgery.
- Provide clinical implant support to the theatre team across the spinal procedures that include both navigation and spinal robotics.
- Participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs, participate in and support regional events such as Congresses or Customer Events, KOL Management.
- Support District Sales Team during presentations to customers upon request, successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conventions as directed, leading a project within the CST business across the UK.
- Involvement in a Marketing Project within the NEMA Region, involvement in training of new team members.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in spine industry.
- Ability to work in an operating room setting.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work.
- A team player with a track record of working collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Travel is required, must have a valid driver’s license.
- We prefer if you hold a Bachelor’s in a related field. Also, we would prefer if you had prior experience in Spine and general medical device experience.
