Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

  • Direct sales responsibilities for London/South East UK and achieving agreed sales targets, focusing on sales growth.
  • Increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit (Perfusion & ECLS portfolio).
  • Building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.
  • Delivering Medtronic value propositions and promoting brand across the territory and preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Leading selling activities within the territory and identifying sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Working mainly in the Theatre environment supporting and advising surgeons, perfusionists and theatre personnel.
  • Travelling throughout the territory of London/South East UK and attending all required meetings.

Must Haves

  • Graduate educated (or equivalent professional skills)
  • Previous measurable sales experience
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full, Clean driving licence

Nice to Haves

  • Previous cardiovascular sales experience or similar
  • Experience working within hospitals sales
  • Clinical Perfusionist or ECLS specialist
  • Theatre experience
