You will be responsible for selling the full range of Advanced Surgical Technologies (AST) products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio, managing the territory’s pipeline for open and endo-stapling, advanced energy including ultrasonic & haemostats across the East London territory.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop detailed tactical plans with SMART objectives to accelerate Medtronic AST technology sales to NHS and private hospitals within the area.
  • Fully understand the product applications in relation to the UK healthcare market.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may include some out-of-hours work.
  • Build and maintain an effective network of key opinion leaders within the market.
  • Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained
  • Proven record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to spot business opportunities and persuade/influence others
  • Full Current UK Driving Licence

  • Field sales experience in medical devices to secondary care in a theatre environment
