Responsibilities
- The Inventory Supervisor leads the CC&OO Inventory Team across Northern Europe, ensuring staff development, adherence to Customer Care processes, and achievement of inventory management KPIs through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- This role drives strategic initiatives for inventory optimization, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and implements systems, policies, and long-term strategies to enhance visibility, efficiency, and accountability.
- Lead the CC&OO Inventory Team for Northern Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, UK & Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland) ensuring mentoring, developing, and coaching of staff on meeting performance expectations and defined objectives whilst ensuring following Customer Care processes and targets.
- Lead execution on inventory management KPIs (Inventory targets, inventory weeks, SOGL, expiry etc.).
- Analyze inventory data to make decisions about stock levels, replenishment, aged inventory reduction to achieve inventory targets.
- Report and monitor inventory levels and goals across the area, monitor output and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with Operating Units, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Care Front & Backoffice Teams, Marketing Teams, Center of Expertise etc.
- Lead initiatives and projects regarding Field Inventory Optimization (e.g. reduction of SOGL).
- Work closely with the CC&OO leadership team, as well as Operating Units to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems to optimize inventory and follow through with implementation.
- Support Systems & Tools for Inventory visibility (Power BI, MMX) and plan Trainings for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze, create, develop, and implement long-term field inventory strategies and networks that address issues for inventory optimization.
- Improve consignment management & field cycle count accountability.
- Complete special assignments, projects and tasks as requested in the inventory area.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Project Management or similar.
- First experiences in leading, supervising & directing teams.
- Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management that can help in the shift of organizational cultures.
- Experienced in use of ERP platforms (SAP experience an advantage but not essential), Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting Tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English required. Proficiency in an additional local language (e.g., German, Dutch, or a Scandinavian language) is a plus.

Pay range: Belgium: 58,000.00 EUR- 87,000.00 EUR | Denmark: 552,000.00 DKK- 828,000.00 DKK | Germany: 63,520.00 EUR- 95,280.00 EUR | Netherlands: 53,600.00 EUR- 80,400.00 EUR | United Kingdom: 43,680.00 GBP- 65,520.00 GBP. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
