A Day in the Life

As a Senior Consultant within Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) EurAsia, you will lead the development and scaling of knowledge management and AI-enabled capabilities across the consulting community while supporting healthcare transformation initiatives. IHS works with hospitals, payers, and health systems to improve care delivery through consulting, process excellence, managed services, and care pathway management. In this role, you will transform consulting methodologies, project learnings, and customer insights into scalable knowledge assets, standardized approaches, and AI-ready content that strengthen delivery quality and business impact across the region. This is a remote role within Western Europe and includes approximately 30% travel.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the development and governance of an Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring methodologies, tools, and best practices are systematically captured and maintained.
  • Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that improve knowledge accessibility, consulting productivity, and delivery consistency.
  • Drive scalable consulting delivery through standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across multiple markets.
  • Partner with consulting teams across EurAsia to convert project learnings, client insights, and market intelligence into AI-ready content and reusable knowledge assets.
  • Support healthcare transformation projects through analytics, business case development, and consulting expertise for hospitals and health systems.
  • Promote adoption of knowledge assets, AI capabilities, and best practices across consulting and commercial teams, improving efficiency and delivery quality at scale.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, including strategy development, implementation, and results delivery.
  • Experience developing or managing knowledge management frameworks, digital platforms, or reusable consulting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve business processes, knowledge management, or consulting delivery.
  • Strong project management experience, including stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Professional English communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
