Evaluate pricing trends and recommend actions to ensure pricing meets the Operating Unit strategic objectives. Conduct analysis and build consensus with key stakeholders to drive agreement on appropriate pricing levels. Significant experience is required in price, sales or downstream/operational marketing. Knowledge of tender and reimbursement systems in EuropeExcellent analytic and strategic skills - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, strong modelling skills (Excel)Act with autonomy, performs work without appreciable direction. Strong Leadership and influence skills, business acumen and financial understanding, as well as communication and negotiation skillsExperience in managing cross-functional, cross country and cross-business issues and generate impact through others within a matrix structure and an intercultural environment.
