The UK is a strategic growth market for Cardiac Surgery – and we are looking for a Country Marketing Specialist who wants to make a real impact on patients, customers, and the business. This is not a “support” role. This is a front‑line marketing leadership role, where strategy meets execution, and local insight shapes European ambition.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Localise and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the UK & Ireland, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable commercial impact.
- Act as the voice of the UK market, providing timely customer insights, field feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform regional strategy.
- Train and enable the local sales team on key messaging, competitive positioning, and campaign priorities, ensuring confident and effective customer engagement.
- Support end-to-end execution of product launches and integrated campaigns, including internal readiness, customer activation, and compliant local adaptation of materials.
- Plan and deliver country-level events and customer programmes to maximise engagement, support business objectives, and drive strong ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the UK sales organisation and partner with the European marketing team to align product expertise with local market needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in marketing, commercial, or related roles within a complex, regulated, or technical environment (MedTech or healthcare experience is advantageous).
- Proven ability to translate regional strategy into effective local execution, managing multiple priorities with speed and quality across the UK & Ireland.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across sales teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and customers at varying levels of seniority.
