A Day in the Life

Medtronic’s Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Health Solutions (EA&IHS) focuses on transforming healthcare through long-term partnerships that go beyond devices—bringing together services, solutions, digital tools, and data. Within this space, the Senior Manager, Market & Customer Intelligence plays an important role in turning strategy into action. We are seeking a collaborative and highly motivated Market & Customer Intelligence program Manager to drive the operational execution, adoption, and expansion of our Market & Customer Intelligence platform across the Eurasia region. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at enabling cross-functional collaboration, building knowledge-sharing capabilities, and embedding market and customer intelligence into commercial teams' daily decision-making.

As the Market & Customer Intelligence program Manager, you will ensure intelligence is continuously captured, structured, and adopted across the organization while supporting the platform's expansion beyond Europe into the Eurasia region. This is a remote role, but you must be willing to travel across the Eurasia region 20% of the time.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive the operational execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Market & Customer Intelligence (MCI) platform across the Eurasia region.
  • Partner with commercial, cross-functional, and IT teams to identify, capture, organize, and maintain market and customer intelligence, ensuring knowledge is structured, accessible, and continuously refreshed.
  • Coach and enable teams to contribute high-quality intelligence, embed knowledge-sharing practices, and integrate insights into everyday commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and execute adoption strategies for new intelligence capabilities, build organizational fluency in interpreting, applying, and validating market and customer insights, including AI-generated outputs.
  • Monitor platform adoption, knowledge quality, and user engagement, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable feedback to support platform enhancements.
  • Identify and document business use cases where market and customer intelligence can improve commercial decisions, and collaborate with program leadership to inform platform priorities and enhancements.
  • Support the expansion of the MCI platform beyond Europe into the Eurasia region by integrating regional insights, aligning with local business needs, and driving consistent adoption across markets.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in consulting, strategy, market or customer intelligence, knowledge management, healthcare transformation, or a related field, preferably within MedTech or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks, information architecture, taxonomies, or intelligence systems to organize and enable access to complex information.
  • Proven experience leading change management, capability-building, or adoption programs, including scaling initiatives from pilot to business-as-usual.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows, analytics platforms, and insight systems; familiarity with knowledge graphs, ontologies, agile product delivery, and sprint-based methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to coach senior commercial leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.

Pay range: Czechia: 1,400,000.00 CZK - 2,100,000.00 CZK | Netherlands: 87,680.00 EUR - 131,520.00 EUR | Spain: 65,360.00 EUR - 98,040.00 EUR | United Kingdom: 68,400.00 GBP - 102,600.00 GBP.
