The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team is comprised of seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.
In this role, you will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. You will act as the on-site, first-line Medtronic liaison for our customers in the Central and Southeast of London area and serve as the interface with the C-suite and senior management within our clients’ organizations. You will travel within the country and occasionally within EMEA (10-25%).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:- Take ownership of all service delivery activities onsite within the identified hospital (multiple sites across North West London and Chester)
- Develop and execute account specific action plans to deliver high quality services according contract as well as a KPI dashboard to measure & track performance service delivery team
- Maintain stakeholder relationships within the account and governance structure related to the partnership
- Identify and collaborate with all the required IHS capabilities in a timely manner.
- Manage, coach, and develop local MDT IHS-NGC (Medtronic Integrated Health Solution -NGC) ops staff on site
- Identify and escalate if required potential service issues to be able to take appropriate preventive actions
- Degree in a relevant functional area and years of experience in a healthcare environment, including clinical experience, with strong understanding of healthcare operations and value chains
- Experience in dealing with hospitals’ C-suite/Sr. Management / stakeholders in healthcare value chain / operations management
- Fluent in English both verbal and in writing, knowledge of regional language
- Experience in people and team-management
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and operations management skills
- Lean 6 sigma knowledge and experience

Pay range: United Kingdom: 57,840.00 GBP - 86,760.00 GBP. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
