Medtronic’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) business delivers integrated clinical, operational, and financial solutions to healthcare providers across the UK & Ireland. As part of this transformation-focused division, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth, becoming a key link between finance, commercial teams, and clinical service operations.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, revenue processes, inventory integrity, cost control and digital finance transformation across our Managed Services. This role combines technical accounting, commercial finance, and systems/process transformation—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, complex, and internationally connected environment.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results, support margin optimisation, and help drive Medtronic’s digital finance agenda. Hybrid role, 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:- Lead month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Medtronic internal controls (SOX), and global accounting policies
- Manage revenue accruals, contract billing, and revenue recognition
- Reconcile inventory and validate pricing across SAP and Ingenica systems to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with teams to support customer profitability
- Support audit readiness, technical accounting for complex transactions, and implementation of new standards
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Improve finance processes, controls, and data flows across SAP, Ingenica, and related systems
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent professional accounting qualifications (Part-qualified at final stage considered)
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel skills, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP preferred
- Knowledge of UK/US GAAP principles, Cost accounting, month-end close, journal entries, revenue recognition and margin analysis
- Proactive mindset with passion for automation and continuous improvement

Pay range: United Kingdom: 48,800.00 GBP - 73,200.00 GBP. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
