A Day in the Life
Bring your sales talents to a leader in medical technology and healthcare solutions. As a Sales Gynecology (GYN) Health Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting innovative solutions within your assigned territory. This role combines deep product knowledge, clinical expertise, and consultative selling to support surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers in improving patient outcomes. For this remote position, you will be in charge of the south region of the UK, and you will be expected to live in/or near the region. Full, clean drivers license required and a willingness to travel (50-75%).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for GYN Health products within the assigned territory, develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Gynecology surgeons, operating room staff, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Provide in-theater (operating room) support to surgeons and surgical teams during gynecological procedures, ensuring proper product usage.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote the company’s GYN Health portfolio.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing or related field or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in gynecology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments, self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers, colleagues and customers across diverse cultures.
