A Day in the Life To support the Medtronic vision to lead and disrupt the EP market in cardiac mapping and ablation solutions for arrhythmia management, we are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic, and creative marketer to help us implement strategic marketing initiatives for the Affera Mapping & Ablation System. This will be a Western European role, offering the opportunity to immerse in different markets, gain great exposure to KOLs across the region, and make an impact in shaping the future of electrophysiology. This is a strategic role, ideal for a highly collaborative, people-oriented junior marketer seeking a new challenge with a high-profile, differentiated product. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for the Affera Mapping & Ablation System, focusing on elevating Medtronic as a leader in the EP market. Execute a diverse range of marketing activities. Gather customer insights, analyze them, and incorporate them into plans; define target segments, develop product positioning, and craft resonant messages. Establish relationships with KOLs; develop a KOL and promotional plan to increase market adoption; gather competitive intelligence; execute competitive marketing programs; oversee product management and planning. Act as the product champion internally and externally, liaising with stakeholders and serving as the product expertise point. Communicate product value to the sales team; develop sales support tools; structure marketing campaigns; collaborate with regional teams to ensure successful execution. Create promotional programs via digital channels to increase awareness; partner with Training and Education to ensure proper training for sales and customers. Required knowledge and experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales and/or marketing. Experience in medical devices, preferably in cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology. Proven self-starter with strong project execution skills. Effective in multidisciplinary teams, under pressure; capable of clear communication, leadership, and collaboration; adept at building relationships across cultures. Data analytics skills for deriving insights from data and understanding clinical/technical aspects.
