What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking stock within the hospital environment
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and master data records within inventory management systems
  • Help prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports to support operational performance and stock management
  • Support cycle counts, stock reviews, and activities aimed at reducing product obsolescence and expiry risks
  • Assist with product launches, product changes, and inventory updates by coordinating with internal teams and hospital stakeholders
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance materials management and user experience

Training Outcome

Progression to Material Management Analyst.

Working Week: Monday - Friday onsite from a hospital in Central London, working hours TBC.
