We have partnered with a rapidly growing UK-based orthopaedics business to appoint a Territory Sales Manager — a key commercial role within a high-performing and expanding UK team. The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your region, driving sales performance while delivering high-quality clinical support in theatre. This is a hands-on role combining commercial focus with clinical credibility, where your ability to build relationships and add value in theatre will be key to success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth across the hip and knee portfolio within your territory
  • Providing expert theatre support to surgeons and clinical teams
  • Building and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Managing forecasting, pipeline, and territory planning
  • Coordinating consignment stock and supporting operational requirements
  • Providing regular market feedback and insights to the wider business

The Territory

You’ll inherit a territory with existing business and strong clinical relationships, offering a solid platform to build from — alongside clear opportunities to expand and develop further.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in medical device sales with theatre exposure
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and growing a defined territory
  • Ability to build credibility with surgeons and theatre teams
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Orthopaedics experience
  • Hip & Knee or trauma sales background
