What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders
- Work closely with surgeons and theatre teams, supporting product usage directly in the operating room
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer needs
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare settings
- Grow and retain existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to maintain product availability
- Analyse your territory to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, activity, and performance
- Execute strategic account plans aligned with wider UK objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM records in line with GDPR compliance
- Travel extensively across your territory (50–80%), including occasional overnight stays
What We're Looking For:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences (preferred)
- 3–5 years' experience selling into operating theatres and clinical environments
- Proven experience working with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and procurement processes
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical and numerical ability
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Based in Scotland (ideally near Glasgow or Edinburgh)
