An established global leader in orthopaedic and surgical solutions is seeking a Sales Executive (Territory Sales Manager) to join their high-performing UK team. This role is ideal for a motivated medical device sales professional looking to take ownership of a thriving territory and work with innovative products that genuinely improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive sales growth across East London & South Essex, meeting and exceeding territory targets
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, clinical teams, and procurement staff
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations and in-theatre training (excluding direct patient contact)
  • Provide regular market insights, forecasts, and competitive intelligence
  • Represent the business at key meetings, training events, and industry exhibitions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in orthopaedic device sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with a structured, professional approach
  • Knowledge of local NHS and private hospital networks preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
