The Role
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Agent to promote a portfolio of orthopaedic solutions within operating theatres and clinical environments across the region. You will build strong, lasting relationships with orthopaedic consultants, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders, providing hands-on clinical and technical support while driving product adoption and revenue growth. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Promote and sell market-leading orthopaedic devices and biologics in theatre and hospital settings
- Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive territory management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
