The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing the UK sales organisation, driving performance and building a high-performance culture. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on field engagement, ensuring your team is supported, developed, and consistently delivering at a high level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the UK commercial strategy aligned to wider business objectives
