A global leader in critical care and airway management is seeking a Territory Manager to join their UK commercial team. Their innovative portfolio in advanced airway management and single-use bronchoscopy continues to shape clinical practice and improve patient outcomes worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven medical sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential region combining new business development with the management of established accounts across acute and critical care settings. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive sales growth across the North East, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to support regional strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years Medical Device sales experience, preferably Theatre based products or Critical Care Capital Equipment.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
  • Resilient, organised, and target-driven with a consultative mindset.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
